"This hotel was perfect for my family! We stayed in the family suite which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has a bar/restaurant and an adorable French bakery next door. The staff were very friendly. The elevators are very small and old, but other than that, it’s a great NYC hotel! "

"Staff and service were great. The location was just what we wanted. The room was too hot. We had to open a window."

"The shower wasn’t working when we arrived. They partially fixed it, but the water pressure was still very low and the temperature didn’t work well. I asked if we could change rooms, but the front desk did not allow us to move to another room. The bathroom handle was already detached when we arrived, there was a hole in the wall, and we could hear everything happening in the hallway from inside the room."
