I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression. Housekeeping came by on Friday but missed us on Saturday. However, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were relaxing and enjoying a movie in the room anyway. The excellent customer service continued through checkout. I believe his name was Erick or Eddie, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! It’s always refreshing to encounter staff members who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Chris truly stood out, and both gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

The hotel offers an exceptional experience, particularly regarding its celebratory amenities and personalized room decorations. The culinary offerings are outstanding, with the pasta and meatballs being notable highlights, complemented by top-tier beverage service. Furthermore, the high-quality shower facilities and the breathtaking views at both sunrise and sunset contributed to a truly memorable stay.

The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

The staff were extremely helpful during this stay! The apartment was clean and in a close location to Old Town centre (approx 15 mins walk). We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. All on all a very nice stay.
