“Convenient location, but the stay fell short in other ways. The staff wasn’t very welcoming — there was little to no engagement during our interactions. The furnishings throughout felt dated and showed visible wear. Most concerning, I found hair in the tub that wasn’t mine, which was a hygiene issue I didn’t expect. Location aside, the overall experience needs improvement.”

The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night

Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed

This hotel was a super cute hotel right next to the l Navigli neighborhood. The junior suite was spacious for two people with large luggage and had a large beautiful balcony. The closets were large and the bathroom had a lot of counter space and a nice shower head. Air conditioning worked great and there were a few included items like water, soda and beer in the mini bar. Breakfast buffet spread was also very nice and the lobby area had many comfy spaces to sit Outside or inside. The room’s AC worked very well. The people at the concierge were very accommodating. The rooftop during aperitivo time had a good DJ set and there was a nice vibey crowd for a Monday night during sunset hour. The rooftop pool came in handy during the heatwave and sweltering heat that hits Milan during July. I thought the hotel was priced well especially if you are passing through for a few nights. Thera were a bunch of people staying in the hotel for some concerts or as a layover before leaving to Lake Como. The location was nice for nighttime because Navigli canal is a cute little Venice that comes to life at night with many bars and restaurants. A couple of nice touches were the robes and slippers and the welcome snacks and the towel warmer. Concierge also made reservations for me. What I didn’t like that when I checked out I had to pay $60 per person to use the rooftop pool for the afternoon which was inconvenient
