Très déçue de cet Hotel qui malgré son emplacement proche du centre est très bruyant. Les clients bourré vous réveille à 3h du matin en se trompant de chambre ,le personnel traîne des pieds du matin au soir et même pas un bonjour,le petit déjeuner une catastrophe rien pour les européens,mauvaise insonorisation des chambres tout les matins vous êtes réveiller par la femme de chambre sans oublier le chantier en face de l'hôtel et l'école pour enfant. la réceptionniste qui nous à harceler pour faire des excursions hors de prix d'ailleurs nous avons trouver 2 fois moins cher à 500m de l'hôtel. et pour finir la blanchisserie de l'hôtel qui est une horreur mon linge est revenu encor plus sale et froisser une catastrophe. Les oreillers sont en béton à la réception je leur ai dit qu'il était trop dur qu'on arriver pas à dormir on m'a donner des serviettes de bains à mettre par dessus pour adoucir l'horreur pendant 10 nuits. Le jour où nous avons quitter l'hôtel la réceptionniste ne nous a pas même pas regarder c sur nous étions pas des bon pigeons nous avons acheter aucune excursion dans l'hôtel,et nous avons louer un scooter en face de l'hôtel pour 2 fois mois cher. Over that time the hotels exterior and downstairs has gone through extensive renovation however what needs to be considered his loyalty of your customers returning. The theme the customer is always right is not the theme here. I had problems with staff over trying to get additional towels for my room which they tried to charge me for when I requested them , in the past I’ve never had a problem getting towels. It’s not like I was going to steal them. And if they turn up missing and then charge me for them it’s very simple. I’m not a thief I’m a customer. they refuse to give me additional towels that I requested and told me if I really wanted them they would charge me for them“. Now when have you ever heard of that?” They got me boiled to the point where I had to literally tell the staff are you the customer or am I ?
