However, it's in a good location which near the patong beach and the mall. The rooms are big and nice but not so clean. It only provided room cleaning service twice a day. Royal Prince is an extremely well price Guesthouse in a quite are of Patong. If you are after a 5 star resort, this is not the place for you however the pool is a welcome addition in an area where most accommodation doesn't have one and it was always clean and inviting. The room's size was good, the beds were big and comfy, however there is no shower cabin or bath tub, the entire bathroom gets wet when you take a shower because the floor is all on the same level. Some of the towels are ripped. When we first arrived the receptionist inssisted to take my passport and 2000 baht for insurrance of the room but i refused to give him my passport and i told him he could only take a copy. It's not a bad place if you are not those luxury person, the condition of the hotel is acceptable.
