The space

There are two bedrooms:

-The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed with a high end Temperpedic mattress, high quality linens, furniture, decor, a walk-in closet and a private ensuite half bath with fine bath towels & linens.

-The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. One of the beds is a Trundle Bed which easily makes into a King sized bed when pulled out.

The main bathroom has a regular sized bathtub with rain shower and quality towels and linens.

The living room includes:
-Large 50 inch HD 4k Ultra Smart TV with live TV streaming, Netflix, Blu ray/DVD player and a selection of Dvd's.
-High end Italian Leather furnishings, dark wood and Tuscan colorful accents.
-iPod docking station, high speed WiFi (up to 60mbps) , entertainment center, assorted books, etc. for your own use and enjoyment.

The Kitchen has:
- Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, filtered water on fridge door and built in ice maker.
-It is complete with all the appliances needed such as a coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Blendtec blender, rice cooker, popcorn maker, Crock pot, you will find everything you need!
-Sofa has a pull out bed.

You also have your own generous sized covered patio area where you can sit and enjoy a beverage of choice facing the beautiful Superstition Mountains, palm trees and desert surroundings.

Next to the living room area is a very solid Italian Designer wood and Leather dining set with 6 chairs for family sit down dinners or to enjoy card games, fun & entertaining.

Dinnerware, glass and acrylic ware (for non-breakables for by the pool) pots & pans, tea and coffee, spices and basic dry goods for the makings for a full gourmet meal or light snacks by the pool and a dishwasher for ease of clean up!

One Covered designated parking spot is a few steps right outside your front door and there is ample guest parking also.

There is a coin laundry room right next to the pool so just throw your laundry in the washer and wait for it while enjoying the sun poolside!
