This amazing Val Vista Lakes property with million dollar views and resort amenities is a vacation paradise! There is an electric pontoon boat included so you can take your family fun to the next level! The property also has a beautiful negative edge, heated, salt water swimming pool with basketball hoop and waterfall that overlooks the recreational lakefront plus an 8 person hot tub on the covered patio.  
  
Outside gathering areas for dining and relaxing, a propane gas fire pit, grill and heater, all with impressive views, add to the backyard splendor. Additional complimentary amenities include kayaks that can be launched from the private dock, bikes, fishing poles and pool recreation toys. Wow!  
  
Our 4 BR plus den, 2.5 bath, single story home sleeps 12 and is well appointed throughout. The open concept great room has a cozy seating area with plush furniture, a DVD, movie screen, TV and surround sound. Large windows line the back of the home permitting exceptional views of the pool and lake.  
  
The well stocked, eat-in kitchen has island and table seating. Your chef will enjoy prepping and serving delicious feasts on the generous counter space and island. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchair.  
  
A formal dining room for holidays and special occasions comfortable seats 8 and there is a table leaf if more places are needed. The dining room is adjacent to the beautiful front entrance foyer.  
  
Across from the dining room is a den with a pull out queen sofa bed, desk with chair for your remote work, air hockey table and piano keyboard. Need a break from work? Challenge another guest to a stimulating hockey game to show off your eye-hand agility. The den's piano keyboard provides hours of fun for our musically inclined guests.  
  
The bedroom floor plan is split to enhance privacy. The exquisite primary suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and doors to access the backyard paradise. The newly updated primary bath features a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and a soaking tub to soothe tired muscles. Pack 'N Plays can be rented. A hair dryer and soap are provided.  
  
The second bedroom at the back of the home has a king bed, TV and doors to access the pool and patio. There is a guest bedroom at the front of the home with a queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds with a bottom full bed and upper twin. Steps and rails enhance the safety of the bunk beds. An additional twin bed creates another sleeping space.  
  
The guest bath includes dual vanity sinks and a water closet with a tub-shower combo. A powder room is conveniently located for visitors and pool swimmers.  
  
The well stocked laundry room has front load appliances; laundry soap and softener are stocked. There are 2 garage spaces for guests' cars and additional parking on the driveway.  
  
This Gilbert property is located in the prestigious and gated Val Vista Lakes community. The location is perfect for water recreation, golfing, hiking, biking, sightseeing, dining out and more. Gilbert has been recognized as one of the best and safest places to live in the United States. Downtown Gilbert, called the Heritage District by locals, is a top dining place in the greater Phoenix area.  
  
Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch is 110 acres of trails and wildlife habitats and a must for the outdoor enthusiast. Take your binoculars to help you spot Jack Rabbits, Roadrunners and migrating water fowl. Gilbert Regional Park has sports courts and a splash pad with 57 different water features.
