The inside of the casita looks nice but that's about where it ends. I hate to leave reviews but after the owner didn't even attempt to apologize or take recommendations I feel I need to so anyone wanting to stay here is informed. First off the AC didn't cool below 78F day or night and the owner knew it because he set up a HVAC repair company to come fix it, they called me. Only catch is we had to be there between noon - 4:00\. Who rents a place when they know the AC isn't working right and then who asks the renters to cancel plans an hang out? The king bed is HORRIBLE and broken down. We stayed two night and couldn't sleep in the huge holes in the bed. The couch isn't mush better and it broken down. There isn't a coffee put or coffee cups, which should be standard at any hotel or VRBO. We did see roaches, dead ones, but they weren't there the day before so somewhere they are alive... The shower is nice a big but the shower head doesn't match the holder and falls off the wall sometimes. The soap dispenser puts out a drop with each push of the button, so after a couple minutes you have enough soap to wash, ugh. All in all this could be an outstanding property with a little TLC and an attempt to be better than a hotel. The unit was mostly clean but there was dog poo and somone's shorts on the patio outside. The bed was low but comfortable, and there was a couch by the only TV that seemed determined to eject whoever was sitting on it (it was comfortable once we found the appropriate posture).
