This pet friendly centrally located home in Scottsdale features three comfortable bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen with a separate dining area, and two separate living spaces each with televisions that will accommodate the most avid of sports fans! The door then opens to your own oasis featuring a sparkling private unheated pool, above ground hot tub, covered patio with television, propane grill with outdoor seating to enjoy the incredible Arizona sunsets.

This charming property is tucked in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all of the activities Scottsdale has to offer. Located minutes away from some of the most spectacular desert courses in the world, the golf enthusiast will not be disappointed! The house is a mere 7 miles away from the TPC course that hosts the Phoenix Open every year! Talking Stick Casino is only a few miles away if you would like to try your luck at the tables or enjoy world famous comedy and musical acts that perform. Spring training is almost upon us! The Salt River Fields are across from the casino and are home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies spring training camps! If you like to shop, Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter are a unique, upscale open-air complex that artfully blends retail shopping, dining, and entertainment. This home is in the perfect location for your home base while enjoying all these events and many more!

If you prefer to stay at home or need to do a little work, the WIFI has just been upgraded to Cox High Speed Fiber Internet, which will ensure seamless streaming for videos, zoom meetings and large file downloads.

If you do decide to bring your fur babies, we provide a crate with a pillow as well as food and watering bowls! Pets are an additional $20 a night.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This house was meticulously clean with very soft sheets and fluffy towels! The host, Mary, was excellent to communicate with! Was exactly as represented and she thought of everything to make this a home away from home. We arrived after dark and she left some lights on for us which was so nice! The back yard, with the pool and hot tub, is beautiful and we loved playing the ring toss game provided on the back patio! GREAT location - close to shops, hiking and restaurants. Whenever we make our way back to AZ, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for everything, Mary!

Great location in Scottsdale
House is in an older section of Scottsdale, but the location is great being central to everything and the house furnishings were very comfortable. The yard with large pool and hot tub are a big plus. The house is also dog friendly so bring your fur babies. I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends.

Great vacation
Sunburst sanctuary was the perfect place to spend time with our grandson who was on spring break. The locality is close to most anything one would need. The house was spotless. Everything was perfect. We will definitely consider this property in the future.

Great house, convenient location
My wife and I stayed here for a month while we were in the area. The property owner/manager Mary made everything perfect for us and responded to every need we had. She even provided dog-sitting services for us! We really enjoyed the layout of the home and relaxing in the hot tub on the cool evenings. In warmer weather the pool would be great also. This home has all of the necessary conveniences for a short or long stay, the neighborhood is quiet and nice, we really enjoyed staying here.

This house is amazing! We were unfortunately traveling for an unfortunate event but this place was the perfect sanctuary to keep our spirits up! The property manager was very responsive and so sweet! It has everything you could want or need. We will definitely be booking here again if we make it back to the area!
