Located just minutes from popular shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, our vacation rental is the perfect home base for your Arizona adventure. Step inside and be greeted by an impeccably remodeled open-concept kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking and movie nights. If you're feeling competitive, head to the game room and challenge your friends to a game of pool. Or, step outside and enjoy the incredible backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa, outdoor bar, bocce court, putting green, fire pit, and cornhole. How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

The house was very nice overall. They did have some issues around the house that I took pictures of and sent to them. There weren't many towels. They were still in the dryer. Overall good expierence

Extremely Disapointing
I would not stay here again. Safety: -roof began leaking quickly after it started raining. Our personal items got wet from the steady stream of water dripping from the ceiling. Water damage was present when we arrived so this can’t be the first time and became a serious issue once it started raining. Basics: -we booked this place primarily for the pool and hot tub. The pool was ¼ full when we arrived and the hot tub was barely lukewarm, actually cold on the bottom and there was no power to it so no ability to control the thermostat. We reached out multiple times to the management company who took our reports but never did anything to resolve the hot tub issue. The pool wasn’t filled until more than 24 hours after we arrived and, despite asking multiple times, no one was able to tell us if it was treated with appropriate chemicals for safe swimming. -the bunk beds made so much noise that the person on the top bunk ended up sleeping on the couch. -there were five spoons, I think 8 forks, maybe 10 bowls, 2 pans, 1 cookie sheet and barely anything else for a house that is supposedly for 18 -only 2 trash bags were provided -pillow cases had what looked like a booger on it and black marks. -the waterline doesn’t connect to the fridge so there is no filtered water and it doesn’t make ice -blinds on the windows in the bunk bed room let full sun in so as soon as the sun came up it was extremely bright. Couldn’t sleep in. -there's more but i'm out of characters

Needs work
Our recent stay at this VRBO property offered both the potential and areas for improvement of the home. It is clear the house is primarily utilized as a short-term rental, setting a certain expectation for how the home should be and guest convenience. Unfortunately, we encountered several aspects that detracted from our overall comfort and safety during our stay. Firstly, the basics were limited; essentials such as paper towels were absent, and the kitchen was minimally stocked, which made meal preparation challenging. Additionally, the house itself showed signs of incomplete infrastructure work, including peeling walls and unfinished door installations, which shows the minimum has been done to make this a rental. Of particular concern was the malfunctioning front door lock which would not lock upon exiting the house, presenting a significant safety issue that we believe needs immediate attention. Safety concerns extended to the sleeping arrangements as well; the bunk beds, specifically the top bunks, were found to be very unsafe due to unattached slats, forcing us to avoid using them altogether. This was disappointing, as it limited the sleeping options available to our group. the presence of a pool and hot tub is a good feature, the lack of heating for the pool and an inability to adjust the hot tub temperature were unavailable. Not an ideal stay to say the least. We rent often and have a STR rental, the cost we paid does not support the stay in any fashion.

House was on a main road, very noisy Cleanliness, ok, needs a deep clean. Ceiling needs painting from water leaks. Hot tub was very dirty when we checked in. They sent someone to clean it within 30 min which was good. Will not re-book this property.

Had a wonderful time with my group of friends! The property clean, perfect, and exactly as listed! Our host was extremely communicative and responded quickly with what ever issues or questions we had! Would recommend this property to a friend and would stay again!

The trash can was all full so there was nowhere to put our trash… Nothing worked until maintenance had to come… Jacuzzi,fire pit nor the outside grill… House was very cold…. Instructions from QR code is NOT clear so I had to continue to call in for assistance…. I just wasn’t happy over all and I’m usually the easiest person to tolerate things

W p uld never rent anything again thru rebel or what ever there name was
Things broken not working,ie lights to see outside my brother fell. House was very cold, hade to wait for code to adjust. Tvs not working, hot tub awfull, dirty and full of chemicals,didn't even use it Had to call to have drier vent outside cleaned so the dryer would work,a real fire hazzord.
