Welcome to this AWESOME sunny retreat in Scottsdale, Arizona! This is a 9 bedroom, 24 person-sleep accommodating home. The perfect spot for your family getaway! It is centrally located minutes away from all the famous and fun things to do in Scottsdale.
Play volleyball on a regulation sand court, relax in the hot tub, watch games/movies on 5 big screen TVs, play ping pong or many of the provided games, while enjoying the huge covered patio with an outdoor TV & grill. This retreat comes equipped with an enormous kitchen, 2 refrigerators and all the necessities, even the spices to cook up the most delicious menus! Kitchen includes: Keurig Coffee Machine (with complimentary coffee pods), Blender, Air Fryer, Crockpot, and pots and pans.
The 9 bedrooms are very spacious. The main areas of the house are very open and can accommodate large groups. Scottsdale License #2023829

Fantastic place to stay!
I was extremely pleased with my stay! Location was ideal, house was spacious and newly renovated, and the process with management was seamless. I highly recommend a stay here should you be visiting the Scottsdale area.

Simply Wonderful!!!
We came to Scottsdale for our son's wedding. Our hope was to find a home that we could have other friends and family attending from out of town stay with us. We also wanted a home that had open floor plan and large open yard to host our rehearsal dinner. This home was nearly perfect and checked off almost all our wish list boxes. Everyone attending our dinner and our overnight guest raved on the layout of this home. You enter into the gathering area of living room, kitchen, dining, and 2nd family sitting area...both with big screens. On the wings of the center area are the 9 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Everyone had their space and all bathrooms were very convenient to nearby bedrooms. What you see in the pictures of this modern ranch is true, but I think even better as it is hard to tell the layout from the pictures. The backyard offers a covered porch area, but also a large turf area perfect for a tent and tables. Lots of parking is available with two driveways and 2 car garage. I do not understand how anyone could give less than 5 stars. This home and furnishings are like new and everything was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to create wonderful memories in your home for our celebration

The property was so filthy. Disgusting. Hairballs throughout on the floor, hair on closet shelves. Nicely folded towel on bed only to discover when I took the towel to use it was filthy. Walking around in white socks that turned black from the filthy floors. Ants crawling all over one bathroom and in the bedroom, termites and a scorpion in the house. Would never rent this house again. Was there for a family wedding and couldn't find another place to stay for 6 people and one 2 year old child.

Great location and house. BBQ could have been a better one but I understand it’s a rental.
A few minor glitches on a new construction home. Will stay again next year for spring break
