The Park View Cottage is our new vacation home listing that has 4 bedrooms and 3 FULL baths to accommodate groups of up to 4-5* guests based on the season when individual beds are desired or up to 10* guests when beds are shared with owners approval! Please, inquire with any questions!

~~ABOUT THIS HOME~~
The Park View cottage is 2000 sq.ft. home with access to gated large, always heated SPA and POOL(unheated) year round for your enjoyment and both are very popular with our guests.
Home`s green park views are so fabulous with mature evergreen trees and green lawn. Very quiet and private location to assure a good night of sleep! You will have an access to a 2 car extended garage to 23'4" as well.

1 BEDROOM: 1 queen bed up to 2 guests+TV
FAMILY ROOM: 1 queen pull out sofa with upgraded foam mattress, sleeps up to 2 guests+58" TV on the dresser stand;
1 FULL BATH

~~UPSTAIRS~~:
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: 1 queen bed+55"TV on large dresser, sleeps up to 2 guests; with EN SUITE MASTER BATH WITH LARGE SHOWER+BATH TUB.

3rd BEDROOM SUITE: 2 queen beds to share, sleeps up to 4 guests;
4th BEDROOM SUITE: 1 queen bed to share, sleeps up to 2 guests;
3RD HALLWAY FULL BATHROOM with long vanity to spread your supplies and tub/shower combo.

For your convenience WHITE SHEET SETS and COTTON towel sets are provided for each guest, including POOL towels, yey more room in your suitcases!
TVs at the property has streaming capabilities, so bring plug-ins like Fire stick and/or your subscriptions log ins and use complimentary Guest Roku services provided on each TV. Each bedroom has active direct internet connection, if needed, for your laptops or computers, just grab an ethernet cable, when staying longer and need to work or use Zoom etc.!

-As Greater Phoenix plays host to 13 major league baseball teams each spring as part of the Cactus League, we are proud to be closest to many of the ballparks to catch the action!
- Goodyear Ballpark 3.5 miles South.
- Camelback Ranch Ballpark in Glendale about 15 minutes North East of the home.
- Surprise ballpark/stadium & Surprise 25 Tennis Courts North about 20 minutes.
-Peoria Sports Complex –Spring training home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners are about 25 min North East from home.
-Spring Training sites in West Valley for the Kansas City Royals, L.A. Dodgers, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox are all within 10-25 minutes drive.
