We loved the pool! Backyard was private and very peaceful, but the outside furniture was dusty and dirty. Bird poop in many, many spots — we would have appreciated a better effort to scrub this clean this before our arrival. The rental company brought us new lounge chairs and two new umbrellas — thank you! Upon arrival we noticed the ice maker was broken, big bummer since it was well over 100 degrees for the duration of our stay. Time for a new refrigerator/freezer since this one is old/dented/broken. The cleaners missed some high touch areas in the kitchen and also near the front door knob. Carpet in the master bedroom was old and dirty, and oddly this was the only room with carpeting in the whole house. Beds were comfy, A/C and ceiling fans worked great, and we slept well here. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels, extra pillows, and household supplies. Rental management company was responsive via text and phone throughout our short stay. We loved this quiet, walkable neighborhood; We felt very safe here.
