The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . « We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. « We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort.
