The location is on the edge of University City and while the area has seen better days, I felt safe. The room is large and has added amenities like a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen. What let me down was the discovery of a tiny roach crawling in the bathroom on 3 separate occasions.i hope they do something about pest control.

I was thoroughly impressed with the convenience, cleanliness and design of this Sonder property. It's awesome that as an aparthotel, it has an in-unit washer-dryer and full kitchen, which is just what I need as someone who travels regularly for work. The place was clean, and when I had a little trouble accessing the fitness room, I was able to speak with a live person relatively quickly. 10/10 recommend. I look forward to staying at a Sonder property again in the future!

No frills, but all the necessities were there, including a well-equipped kitchenette and an in-unit washer/drier. Well situated. Only reason I rated it a 4 on Value is that I resent the sudden explosion in hostelry costs -- it feels a bit like gouging.

There is no place to smoke so I went outside sat in my car and seen about 25 rats in 30 mins. There also was dead ones with a horrible smell

Nice place where to stay for a few days. I have been there twice, but the area is not safe and noisy. The unit was very clean and full of optionals. However, the noise was too loud during the evenings and the communication with the property was terrible. There is a 24/7 chat helping you with that, but don't expect any person coming to talk with you. Not even the day after. I had to stay one whole day in my room to receive someone from the staff to hear them saying "we can give you the ear plugs or the white noise machine". Ridiculous service. For the rest, the building is very close to the subway and bus stops. There are also some nice bakeries around.

There were stains on the walls in the bedroom and some of the furniture and appliances were broken like the shower button or the remote to the tv. This was my first time and I had very high hopes and those minor things kinda ruined my experience I give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
