"Here’s a cleaner version that keeps your experience clear and fair: Good hotel overall, but unfortunately, my experience was not the best. During my stay, the fire alarm went off, which interrupted my sleep and made the night uncomfortable. Also, when I checked out, I accidentally left some clothes hanging in the hotel room closet. I called the hotel afterward, but unfortunately, they told me that nobody found my belongings. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but because of these issues, I can only give my experience 3 stars."

"The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but initially it was not. After the third day, we asked the cleaning staff to make up the room, but they only replaced the towels. After I spoke with a supervisor, the issue was addressed and the room was properly serviced."

"Excellent location in Center City. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Very comfortable rooms. It seemed like the place all the flight crew were staying, so we took that as a good sign."
