"Since the AC was off in my room when I arrived it smelled musty. When I went to the front desk to ask how to get the smell out they said just run the AC at 72 and that should take care of the problem. I think that musty smell must have been deeply embedded in the carpet and only a deep cleaning would get it out. It was tolerable, but not inviting. Staff and management should be informed of things like this and handle them immediately."

"A lot of mold around the water park. The store in the hotel doesn’t take cash and watched is the entire time we were I. There which made us feel uncomfortable (racism). The rooms were clean but for 6 pea pole you would expect for it to be sectioned off, it was okay overall"

"Room was clean. staff was very nice. It needs a little TLC. Painters were not good at cutting around bathroom fixtures. wallpaper was ripped by the elevator. But that was no big deal. Beds were clean and comfortable, Safe location, Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels,etc. Staff was very nice. Breakfast had something for everybody. No problems with the elevator. No road noise. Price was right"

"Loved the property. You can see management is doing their best to upgrade the property. Our living area was great, the bathroom needed a lot of upgrades but was useful and sufficient. I won’t zero them for that. Nice restaurant, great bar staff and nice but small choices for breakfast. No knock on that either as it was fresh and free. 4-1/2 stars in total"

"Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. Happy hour with Michele who worked circles around the bar and restaurant managed to keep that place humming. Will be making another overnight soon and will definitely be booking at the Courtyard."
