« we stayed there on 9/28/2026 and our room was not cleaned. We found two open alcohol containers in the room, it smelled like smoke, and there was hair in the tub. So obviously they do not spend much time cleaning the room. Also we were woken up at 5am by dogs barking in the hallway. We have informed the staff multiple times about these issues and they say that a manager will call us to make this right, but a week later, nobody has called yet. We will never stay there again. »
