Hyatt is my number 1 place to stay in Trinidad the staff is like family from the door man to the check in counter u feel welcome now if u really want to experience a good laugh and some good drink pls make sure u at the bar and meet the most amazing bartenders and mixologist people like Marcus, Gregory, Henry, and a few others they are amazing Reynold will always be stepping by asking if u ok for a person me who has family in Trinidad I always look forward in staying in Hyatt when I travel thank to staff for always makes me feel welcome

Shower was not properly functioning when asked to switch rooms front desk could not program room key - they gave me access to a second room so I can shower using the housekeeping key both rooms had 1 towel 1 face towel and no washcloths Bar onsite but no staff to serve drinks Ended up checking out early due to issues at property
