great price for a full kitchen hotel room.

The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment.

Everything was very nice

Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We stayed in a “standard one bedroom” cottage-like reservation, while other part of family stayed in a two bedroom. There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. Staff was NOT overbearing in pushing us to commit to an appointment to hear sales pitch. Personnel were courteous and helpful. We did not use amenities; there for graduation.

I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10.
