When we checked in, they said that they always have hot water. That was a complete lie. And they said the heater in the room worked, but it only goes up to a level five and it was not warm enough. Other hotels had bottles of water for free in your room. This one did not.

The staff is wonderful and service was top notch. The rooms are clean but outdated, weird room shape and there is some smell, some water on the bathroom floor. Bright side their pumpkin soup was delicious.
