"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. amazing place to stay
"Everything about this place is so wonderful, the staff were above and beyond helpful. The breakfast area was beautiful and you get the choice to take your breakfast outside which we did a couple of times. Rooms are standard and in keeping with the rest of the hotel complex. Hotel is 10 minutes walk into Fira and to the buses.Would definitely recommend."

"This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious."
