« We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing! »

« Great pool for families. Breakfast was slim with the waffle irons not available for us. The bunk beds and separate TV was a hit with our kids. Good 1 night stay before the SS Badger trip. »

« Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not...

« The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in. »
