"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. At check out we were told the jacuzzi controls were on the wall across the bathroom! There were Cheetos on the bathroom floor at...

"This hotel is a motel on the bottom level with inside hall and outside doors. We did experience some late night voices going by our room but not for any great length of time. There was a hot breakfast, not special, but adequate. They had personnel issues on our 2nd morning, so breakfast was not ready when we went. Not the manager's fault, but she didn't really know how to run the kitchen. Our room had a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub which I didn't expect, but it was nice."

"We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it had nothing to stop the drain with so we had to use a washcloth. The breakfast was awful, no eggs, no meat. Nothing that my husband and I could eat, we ended up having to get something and pay extra for breakfast. The staff was nice and the room was nice besides the drain issue. Would def. stay there again. "

"Check-in went well, no friendly greeting from the clerk, just “checking in?” and he had bad B.O. No friendly greeting from any staff. Not rude, just indifferent. "The lodge is older and basic (no fridge or microwave in the room). Very friendly and accomodating front desk staff. I will be coming back bc I love the area. Great customer service wins over not having a fancy, modern room. The room and linens were clean and the shower had good pressure. The beds were comfy. They had good pillows too! I felt safe here with my 11 yr old son. It is secluded and quiet. "
