Bed really comfortable, restaurant under staffed and under stocked. No desserts available at dinner at all. Had to eat in the bar as they had a group of 150 booked into the restaurant for lunch the next day. Bar tender was very friendly and attentive. Had to wait 10 minutes for receptionist to arrive so I could check out.

This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful way to spend an evening with a bottle of wine. One note: the hotel is located in a more residential area and there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night (dogs barking, cars honking, etc.). If you are a light sleeper, you will probably need earplugs. The street is also quite steep with a very narrow turn at the bottom, and one of our drivers told us that some tours won't pick up from Vista del Angel because of the difficulty in getting larger vehicles through. We had no trouble getting Ubers to the hotel throughout our stay though. Food and service in the restaurant were delightful. Beautiful views from here too; though I wish the restaurant was open during the day so that we could sit on the lovely terrace for lunch or a drink. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel in Quito!

Casa El Eden was perfect. They have thought of everything. The room was meticulously clean, the building is beautiful, but the best part was Mario and Blanca who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. We wish we could have stayed longer. Next time! And. Make sure you get to the rooftop patio…!

We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall.

Everything was spot on at this lovely hotel...the staff all super friendly. A lovely unique stay and everyone was just lovely. Thankyou
