"This is a very interesting hotel. It's on a large and still developing piece of land 20 minutes outside Greenville. The building setup is new and unique and beautifully designed. The people there were very friendly and helpful. "

"The lady at the check in desk was rude. The room smelled like cigarettes. I left my work phone in the room and called the customer service number. I was told I would have to work directly with the property to get it back. I explained I called the property and they wouldn’t even answer so I could retrieve the item. He told me “then the item is just gone.” I called the property twice and was immediately asked to “please hold.” I was on hold for 15 mins each time and nobody ever came back to the phone. I called from a number not associated with my reservation and was able to speak to someone. she began stuttering and “performing”. Saying that she hasn’t cleaned the rooms and would call me back. Customer service overall is a 0/10. "

"There was construction going on and my daughter was itching and her face swelling within minutes. Also, my husband started hurting in his chest and itching. So we had to leave. This was within 10 minutes of getting there. Staff was very nice and reimbursed us. We saw there was insulation on the a/c units outside part. "

"Room was a very comfortable size. Aside from that we were VERY disappointed. Sticky countertops, crumbs and stains on all furniture and long hairs on the floors dampened our first impressions. Obviously I had to take the time to clean in the room before we could even unpack and relax.Brought things to cook in the microwave which did NOT work- Would not open when done and when you were able to pull open a crack it would suddenly turn back on and nuke whoever was struggling with it! Had to pull the plug and give up. In the first tower there we were so hot we had to call the maintenance person up this the AC, which he actually didn’t but what an inconvenience. They do deserve a good breakfast on the front desk staff is pleasant. I did tell of the problems we encountered and no discount was offered for inconveniences, so that was a letdown that they didn’t even try to make up for it."
