"The worst bed I have ever slept in, they need to just throw it away. Thin uncomfortable pillows. Did not sleep well. Room only had about a quarter roll of toilet paper and no extras. There was a couple across the hall fighting off and on into the late night, but I'm not considering that in my poor rating because that is not the hotel's fault and the staff handled it as best as possible. "

"Check in was odd. I felt like I was intruding. Immediately when I get in my room and sit on the bed, I smell the pillows. They smell like a sweaty person. Not wanting to cause a scene I call down and ask for a couple of extra pillows. I was told I could come get some. Ok, maybe I’ve been spoiled but stuff like that is usually brought to the room. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I showered and went to get some lotion out of the container on the wall and it was empty. These are just small things that make a big difference. Clean pillows, comfortable beds and a supply of lotions and soaps should be standard. Smell of marijuana was strong and drifted in and out of our room all night. Also, we got in late and there were no parking spaces due to the paving. Not at all impressed with this Hilton Garden Inn. "

"We stayed overnight for an appointment the next day in the area. It was a lovely stay. We had drinks & lunch in the bar but went out to dinner because it was Sunday and the restaurant was closed. The food and service in the bar area were great! My complaint is that we left clothes in the closet and we called right away after leaving. We left 3 messages so that someone can ship back our items at our expense. We did not receive 1 call back. That is poor customer service! What an amazing place to have that bad of customer service at the front desk. "

"The hotel, it's location, and staff were outstanding! We were in town for the Women's SEC Tournament and had a blast. The hotel is near so many restaurants and amenities. TopGolf is literally right down the street. We're definitely staying there again!!"
