"Everything as we expected. Wonderful hosts. Great base for exploring or just chilling by the pool. Air con sure helped for August. Kids claim the WiFi excellent. Village has wine shop and bread shop that also does milk and ice creams, so that was our essentials sorted. Hope to be back!"

"A homely, traditional house with outside space set in a quiet rural position. The house was very clean and the welcome from the owners warm and friendly and they were very willing to provide lovely meals if required. A good base for visiting the Istrian resorts but not an easy walking access to the nearest beach."

"The house and pool are lovely, spacious and well equipped. It’s situated about a 6-8 min drive from the nearest small town so it’s nice and quiet. The house has aircon and worked well for us with 3 kids all sharing a room. There was a slight issue about the host not providing dishwasher tablets but that was soon resolved."

"Mir wurde die Unterkunft, nachdem mit die Buchung bestätigt wurde, wieder wegen Ausbuchung storniert. Trotzdem habe ich ständig für den "gebuchten" Urlaub und sogar wo ich den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft erhalte Emails bekommen. Auf meine Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Und jetzt werde ich gefragt, wie mir der Urlaub gefallen hat. Kundenservice sieht anders aus."

"Ist ein tolles Haus, muss man erlebt haben, super Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang und ruhiger, abgelegener Umgebung. Der Vermieter Tony hat uns herzlich empfangen, super Typ, der jeder Zeit erreichbar war. Defekten Kaffeeautomaten (Dolce Guste) ersetzte Tony umgehend. Insgesamt Erholung pur."

"A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there."

"This ultra modern glass and stone luxury vacation home was perfectly situated for privacy, outdoor living, and stunning sea views from every window. The long narrow winding road is a bit tricky to get there, but the reward is worth it. Many wonderful local restaurants to chose from and day trips to other interesting Istrian towns to explore within 90 minutes. Overall a spectacular week despite some stormy weather."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it."

"We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15...

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"We had a glorious two week holiday here. It is remote ( very quiet and rural) so have to drive everywhere but good beaches and towns 35~40 mins away. Rovinj and Vrsar our favourites. House is very well presented and spotless with everything you need. Lovely barbecue area with sink by the pool. Very clean and well equipped. Worth noting just two a/c units one upstairs and one down, so fans in the bedrooms would have been good as they did get quite warm at night and we weren’t keen to leave...

"Das Haus und die Außenanlage entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief schnell und unkompliziert hab. Wir hatten trotz nicht perfektem Wetter einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Lage vom Haus ist perfekt für Ausflüge da Istrien innerhalb von 30-50 Minuten erkundet werden kann. "We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula. There is a little cafe/ bar and shop 2 mins drive away and big shops and facilities 5 mins away. So it was perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Istrian peninsula. A highlight for us...
