Despite its high score of 9.4 and claims of being "near Patong Beach," the reality is far different. Issue 1: The hotel is not near Patong Beach—it’s a 13-minute drive up a mountain. Issue 2: The photo of the large outdoor pool is highly deceptive. Issue 3: The room was dirty, and our front door opened to a noisy car park. Issue 4: The mattresses were as hard as a pile of bricks. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.
