Everything was absolutely lovely. The Hotel is unique and very charmant

You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!

The hotel has magnificent views and terraces. Breakfast is very good and the staff is very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little dated, but also clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers. We booked both a boat tour and a trip to see the Godfather filming locations, and both experiences were unforgettable. The hotel’s location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near the cable car, making it easy to head up to Taormina and explore the city center. Overall, an exceptional stay that we would highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else!
