"Beautiful 400-year-old hotel in the central historic district of Quito. The floorboards are squeaky but that can be expected in such an old building."

"The Hotel front desk staff and cleaners were amazing! The room were always cleaned lots of shops and malls even a huge park with a Botanical Garden inside. My biggest issue with this hotel is the breakfast suck the food is not consistent. The fruits fresh. We ordered late night food from the front desk and it was total waste of money should have ordered out very salty both meals and brought to us cold. Had to use the microwave to heat up the food. Good place to stay but just don't be surprised about the food quality."

"Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer "
