"The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. Loved that it has a brand new washer and dryer, as we were able to clean our clothes following our rafting trip. TV works, great location, just steps away from the lake and 5 min from the park entrance. Coffee and breakfast place is attached to the building, was very good. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Lake."

"Easy access to the slopes and worked well for our family of four. Ski locker and locker room were a plus. Large hot tub was great at the end of ski days. Kitchen was a little small but as depicted. Carpet and upholstery could use a deep clean but aren’t terrible. Biggest complaint would be the one working elevator, but that was being fixed right after we left. Would likely stay again. Great host communication. "
