Only 20 minutes to Winter Park Ski Area & Mary Jane Ski Area, 20 min to Rocky Mountain National Park and 20 min to Grand Lake a charming town with old fashioned boardwalk, 60 shops & restaurants, sandy beach & boat rentals. Ten minutes from Sombrero Stables with winter horse drawn sleigh rides in the mountains and horseback riding with cowboy dinners. Top-floor unit with vaulted ceilings & beautiful Rocky Mountain views from the balcony/deck. NO ELEVATOR (36 steps). Two balconies - larger balcony off living room with table & 6 chairs for outdoor dining with Mountain views. A second balcony off of primary bedroom with table & 2 chairs. —Gas fireplace! Across street at lodge: Pool —saltwater pool is well heated and open year-round in winter, 4 hot tubs (2 indoor & 2 outdoor) fitness center & a kids arcade game room with video games, air hockey, pool tables, candy/soda vending machines. Daily fee to use pool area across street at lodge & fitness center is $10 adults and $5 kids for an all-day pass. —Washer & Dryer INSIDE our condo unit. Iron/ironing board. Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and small balcony with table & two chairs. Small TV in primary bedroom. Armoire opens into a fold-out desk. Our check-in instructions were clear so that went smoothly. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived, and we greatly appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. Having a grocery store so close by was also a real plus. It was a nice floor plan and the beds were very comfy in all the rooms. We didn't used the washer but the dryer was nice to have on hand. It was pretty warm while we were there, but they had plenty of fans available for use to help cool off the rooms. There were plenty of places for food, fun and shopping nearby. We ate at Debbie's Little Diner and the food was amazing!! A short distance away was Winter Park where we enjoyed a day. Another day was spent at Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park (only a 25 minute drive).This is a great location and Jennifer was amazing with getting any information that I asked and was always quick with her responses! We would definitely stay here again in the future if we are in the area. ##### Gina T. We had ample amount of room for our family. We were 25 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! We stayed at Granby Ranch with our daughter, son-in-law and their three kids. The condo was perfect for all of us! Very well stocked and felt like home. The location was so great with us traveling to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park daily to hike and see the area. Only down side was we picked a very hot week!
