Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs, shops, bowling alley & movie theater. Condo is on the Winter Park Bus Line for a Free Shuttle to Winter Park Resort for easy access to the slopes! The remodeled club house has an indoor pool, three hot tubs, game area, fitness room and laundry facilities. Tons of “perks”, DVD player with movies at your disposal, Cable TV, board games, Wi-Fi & more. This is an end unit Condo on the second floor with a deck to enjoy the mountain views and relax while in Winter Park. The Condo can sleep up to ten people but not meant for 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full sized (can sleep 4 kids) and the other a twin bunk (can sleep 2 kids). Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has new furnishings and a great wood burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings in Winter Park. We had an amazing stay at this condo, which comfortably fit six adults and two dogs. The location was ideal, with stores and amenities just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The condo itself had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean rooms. The surroundings of the building were also lovely, providing a peaceful and enjoyable setting. Great location and nice shared amenities (pool, hot tubs, etc.). Close to resort and slopes and served by free shuttle. Well appointed 3 BR, 2 Bath. We had 2 adults and 3 tween/teens. Was good for 3-4 friends but not more. Small table with stools so not much dining area if planning on eating in. Not much area to sit and relax 1 chair a sofa. The location is right next to the Clubhouse and Lift stop, so it was very convenient. The building was a lot quieter than others we have stayed in.We brought our dogs and this condo was very dog friendly. We loved that they provided sheets to cover furniture so the dog hair was easily contained.The condo has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, even a hair dryer and a space heater for colder temperatures. The kitchen area is a little on the smaller side, however with 3 bedrooms we had plenty of space to store things and spread out. It has a nice open feel with the way it’s laid out.The only con was that the building itself is not very insulated, so it can get cold in the condo. The owners take care of that by providing a lot of extra blankets for the beds, so it’s not really a big deal. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent again. ##### Melissa P.
