« we had a handicapped room there was no closet in the room!! there were no cups the floor was covered in dog or cat hair don’t know which!
And I MEAN COVERED!! so was the dust ruffle around d the mattress!
I Love my fur babies so the hair in itself wasn’t t a problem but not cleaning the room was absolutely sickening!!!

« The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one.
The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained.
The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only...

« Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings).
The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!! »
