9.2/10 Wonderful! (808 reviews)

We thoroughly enjoyed it's location. Was perfect. The parking garage is a nightmare to navigate. Biggest problem was the hotel was very cold because they don't turn the heating on until 1st November each year. Fortunately the very pleasant reception staff lent us a portable room heater, without which we would have probably left the hotel earlier than we would have wanted. We were there 17th to 20th October and the place was very cold. Given all they have to do is recognise how cold the weather and forcast weather were going to be colder than normal, they could have turned the heating on. It's the flick of a couple of breakers to do this.

7.2/10 Good! (26 reviews)

"No WiFi, no parking, no air conditioning, no reception except 4-7pm ( and then only Spanish-speaking). Situated an hour’s walk from city center with no Uber. The room: surprisingly large, but with water dripping from the ceiling possibly linked to defective climate control, nice views but rowdy neighbors. ..."

Hidden gem

"This hotel was an amazing find for the rate and location. It took us a bit to find it because of construction in an adjacent street. Dining options were available nearby and I ate one of the best lasagnas ever in a local cafe/ restaurant."
