« Pros: Great quiet location near Giant Steps. Property was perfect size for us and our dog. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were comfortable, though they are on the softer side so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firm mattress. Only hiccups were several bags of dog doo left on the outside patio by the previous guests (a bit of a bad impression out of the gate) and could not reach the host after check-in to receive the code for the hot tub/sauna area. « Very comfortable and thoughtfully-appointed condo. We (two adults, one child) enjoyed our stay here over the New Year's holiday - it's close enough to walk to the "beginner side" of Brian Head, though we chose to drive. Parking was easy at the resort and we really, really appreciated having covered parking available in the garage at the condo. « Our small family just enjoyed a 3-night stay at the condo. Heather was responsive as a host and walked us through every detail we needed to know, from check-in/check-out to tips on our drive up to Brian Head. She was amazing. Location is fabulous. Super close to the ski resort, which helped since we didn’t have chains for the car when it snowed. Covered garage parking also helped getting in/out when it snowed all night.
