The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and any frustration having to find another hotel for the night was erased the next morning with Lauren's good communication. Although this location is quite a ways off the 15 Highway its reviews and value compared to other hotels I think make it a great choice. Hopefully my next booking goes glitch free. Do make sure to call if arriving after 9 PM or you won't be able to check in as nobody is in the office and they will arrange for late check in only if you call in advance. Walk-in shower with a wand! Kitchenette and excellent darkening blinds. Great A/C with super comfy and lush bed. Breakfast was a 7, but was more on self-serve side so you might head down a little earlier. Standard continental breakfast. Fire pit and several other outside areas. The beds were very comfortable. I don’t sleep if a room isn’t dark, so for me personally my only complaint is that the room wasn’t dark enough at night. The outside lighting crept in around the edges lighting the room up making it difficult to fall sleep and stay asleep. Otherwise, it was fabulous!
