Large 3 bedroom, renovated penthouse condo steps to Park City mountain.

Our spacious (1880 square foot condo) is perfectly located one block from Park City Mountain (the largest ski resort in North America) and one block from bus stop, city park and library. Park City golf course, cross country skiing/snowshoe trails and Main Street are walking distance. The building boasts 2 hot tubs, heated underground parking with elevator, high speed internet, and central AC. Our condo is a 2 level, top floor, end unit with beautiful views and 3 decks. The condo lives more like a home with plenty of space for 2 small families or 3 couples. Most importantly, you'll never hear anyone above or around you.

The condo has two large primary suites (one on each level) both with king beds, en suite bathroom, black out shades, and 65 inch TV. The first level suite also has queen American Leather brand comfort sleeper sofa (no springs). The upstairs suite is perfect place to escape with private deck showcasing stunning mountain views. Also, the blackout blinds are motorized.

The 3rd bedroom is off the living area and is separated by barn doors. This room can be used as an office or bedroom. The queen Murphy bed has a brand-new mattress and sleeps just like any other bed minus a box spring.

The best part of the condo is the enormous living area with an 85-inch television and beautiful gas fireplace, the perfect place to relax after enjoying a day in fabulous Park City. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of coffee options including Nespresso.

The large entry way is perfect for storing gear out of sight and contains ski/board rack, washer, dryer and half bath

Perfect condo for a family stay

The condo is absolutely stunning! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. And there's all needed supplies for bathrooms and kitchen. The location is just a stone's throw away from the ski lift. We loved every moment of our stay!

This condo was the perfect place for our visit during Super Bowl Weekend. The location was great and a ginormous TV in the living made a perfect combo for skiing til the end of the day then able to get back to condo to watch the game :)

MLK weekend 2023

Perfect place for a group of five or six. Powder was an embarrassment of riches. Hike up the hill to Mountain lifts was five mins. Pay the $20 per night to check your boots. The unit was perfect. Tons of paper towels, TP, etc. Cooked twice and walked downtown twice…about 12 mins. Katy and Matt were very responsive and all around excellent.

Moms vs Sons a success!!

Moms and sons traveled out to park city for 3 days of skiing and snowboarding. This condo was perfect in every way. Short easy walk to the main village area and we walked to Main Street every night. Easy to catch the bus back. We will definitely look forward to another stay at Katy’s place.

Absolutely loved this property! Great location, just a short walk to Park City Mountain. Plenty of room for our family and it was so nice being on the third floor and on the corner! Gorgeous on the inside and had everything that we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!

Great stay at the base of Payday lift

A group of 5 of us stayed for 4 nights during early February 2022. This is an ideal location with easy walk to the Fresh Market grocery store, downtown Park City for restaurants/shopping or to the base of the Payday lift. Getting to the mountain is very easy with just a short walk across one of the resort parking lots. The condo itself is very spacious and well represented in the owner’s write up. Nicely updated and comfortable. We had a few questions along the way and the owner was very helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautifully Updated Condo

Upon entering the condo, we loved it. It was just as pictured and very clean. Many basic necessary items were provided which was much appreciated. The furnishings are all so nice. Beds comfortable. Impressive technology (tvs, ceiling fans, lighting). We were there for skiing with our two teenage sons and found it to be very accommodating and a short, easy walk to the lifts. I also appreciated the yoga mat and foam roller. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
