This stunning 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo features a state-of-the-art kitchen, elegantly decorated living area with gas fireplace and accessibility to some of the most sought after terrain at Deer Valley Resort.

The gourmet eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make, serve & enjoy home-cooked or private chef-prepared meals the entire time you are in residence, opening to a large dining room that comfortably seats 6-8 people, and also opens to a private balcony, with an in-line grill and views of the Deer Valley ski runs and beyond.

The warmth of the fine craftsman finishes, reclaimed hardwood floors, rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings and spacious floor plan offer a welcoming place for you to gather with family and friends.

Featured amenities include private ski lockers, a game room with pool table, cozy lounge area, two outdoor hot tubs as well as a heated, underground parking garage. The ski locker is less than 75 feet from the ski run! Giving great ski - in ski - out access to the Silver Strike Express chairlift.

Tucked away in Deer Valley, surrounded by Rocky Mountain skylines and pine trees, Abode at Arrowleaf Overlook is your convenient base camp for alpine adventure & indulgence, no matter the season. Located 10 minutes away from Main Street or Park City Mountain base area and only a mile away to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Guests of Abode at Arrowleaf Overlook may also take advantage of the complimentary Empire Express shuttle service, providing on-call service within Empire Pass and the greater Park City limits. Destinations range from Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Medical Center at Quinn's Junction.

PERFECTION!

Perfect place for our ski trip! We loved this location at empire pass. The lift is always fast, and the condo was very spacious, even more so than the photos show. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Great views too. Will book again!

Perfect Location

This is an ideal condo for ski in ski out at Deer Valley. The apartment is spacious, clean and easy to access. There are ample parking spaces in the building. I would recommend this condo to any DV visitors.

Ski Vacation

We were well taken care of and pampered at this property. It has excellent access to Silverstrike lift. The condo itself was spacious with nice appliances. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. The empire pass shuttle was very convenient as well. When called for dinners in Park city it was there within minutes. We also appreciated 1st floor ski locker area. The responsiveness of the host or Abode property was excellent as well.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! This unit was on the top floor with amazing views. It was clean and the beds were comfortable with nice soft linens and pillows. Abode management was really responsive and friendly and answered my questions right away with a text message. They also kindly accommodated my requests for early check in and late check out. I will definitely come stay here again when we come to Deer Valley!

Fantastic location and condo

This was our second year in this specific condo managed by Abode and we once again had an amazing experience. We will certainly be coming back a third time! The accommodations are perfect for a 6-person family and we did not feel cramped at all. Abode was also easy to work with and hosted a seamless experience.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you! We had stayed at this Lovely property before you managed it and it is much better stocked now! Very clean property, humidifiers in every room and all worked! Very well appointed property. The location is our very favorite ski in ski out in Deer Valley and we have stayed in condos at this property for 15 years. It's not easy to have everything working at the same time especially with wifi and TVs in the mountains yet we did not have anything not functioning while we were there. Abode provided clear instructions for everything and are very responsive. We also LOVE Triphero. Thank you for connecting us with them. We will definitely book with you again!
