### Paris Olympics 2024 Sunny Spacious Loft With View!

Perfectly situated for the Olympic Games— next to various metros amd buses . Quiet loft with a lot of light and a beautiful view of a historic monument. This is a perfect place for a couple or a sole traveler. One bedroom with queen bed. An extra mattress can be provided for a third guest.  
  
This artist's loft is situated in the historic and artistic Menilmontant/Belleville neighborhood. Very spacious and charming, this loft gets a lot of light, with windows giving onto the East and West. It is located in a classical Ménilmontant building, built in 1880, and the floors in the loft are original terracottas! Minilmally decorated with modern design furniture, this is a special and unique place to spend a week or a month in Paris.  
  
The loft is fully furnished, with a separate bedroom with queen sized firm bed. There is no longer a couch or sofa bed, so keep in mind that if there are 2 guests, they must share the bed.  
  
There is a large wooden table in the open space, which is perfect for dinners, and also for working and reading. The kitchen is big and airy; fully equipped, including utensils, plates, toaster, coffee maker, tea pots and boiler, fridge with freezer.  
  
The apartment comes equipped with hi-speed fiber optic internet with WIFI (No TV), bed linens and towels. There is a washing machine inside the apartment for longer stays.  
  
On vacation? You are walking distance to many great cafes, restaurants, bars, and also sight-seeing spots. At 200m, you have the Oberkampf/Belleville neighborhoods with their great restaurants and trendy bars. A short 10 minute walk gets you to Père Lachaise cemetery. Also, walking past the art studios of Belleville, you can arrive to the Buttes Chaumont park in 15-20 minutes.  
  
Close to many different metro stops: you are 2 minutes walking distance to the Menilmontant metro, 5 minutes to Belleville and Rue St. Maur. By metro or bus, you can arrive to the Marais, Centre Pompidou and Beaubourg in 15 minutes. Concorde or Eiffel Tower in 30 minutes. There are also many Ve'lib bicycle stands, and great bus routes around that take you to different parts of the city.  
  
Situated in the heart of an international neighborhood, there is delicious Vietnamese, Chinese, Turkish, Kurdish, Algerian, Tunisian, and Thai food in walking distance. Take a moment to walk through the neighborhood and discover the artists' studios in Belleville, on your way to the park, where you can picnic or just watch the panoramic view of Paris at sunset.
