### Very nice appartment in Paris center

Large 2 rooms apartment of 68 m2\. Ideally located in the center of Paris in the 5th arrondissement near the Jardin des Plantes. A stone's throw from the banks of the Seine. You can walk to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. Served by several metro and bus lines. Many supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks are just nearby. It is located on the 6th floor with elevator. Extremely bright. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed, and a large living room with a brand new sofa bed. Beautiful dining table, large flat screen TV, Wifi.   
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob.   
The bathroom contains a bathtub; the WC is separate which is quite practical if there are 4 people.  
There are two balconies that overlook the street.  
It is an inhabited apartment but several storage spaces will be at your disposal.

Arrival between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.  
Departure before 10:30 a.m.  
No pets allowed
