With three bedrooms, two terraces and quick access to attractions like the Paris Observatory and the Catacombs of Paris, this is the perfect spot to base yourself in the Left Bank. LIVING & DINING AREA Warm wood floors, sleek, modern furnishings and splashes of midnight blue make this open-plan living space an instant delight. The entire back wall is taken up by a huge full-height sliding door, illuminating the entire room – from the piano near the entrance to the large plush sofa facing the TV. Basking in the direct sunlight adjacent to the windows is a chic timber dining table with room for six diners to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a dinner with a view. KITCHEN More hues of midnight blue return in the kitchen, adorning the lower cupboards and ensuring a pleasing sense of cohesion. Enjoy a view over the rooftops while washing up at the sink or take advantage of the wealth of amenities and appliances at your disposal. TERRACES Accessed from the sliding door in the living room, the primary terrace faces the northwest, so you’ll get that rarest of Parisian luxuries: a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from your apartment. You’ll find chairs, pot plants and a table out here too. The second balcony can be found on the other side of the home, accessed from either one of the second and third bedrooms. BEDROOMS Through a door in the living room lies the principal bedroom, where a queen-sized bed sits against a modern timber-panelled headboard complete with several shelves. You’ll also find two desks in here. The second bedroom features a single trundle bed that converts to a queen, and a single bunk bed. The final bedroom offers a single bed, desk and shelves. BATHROOMS The en-suite bathroom is resplendent in shades of gold and the familiar midnight blue, complete with a gilded tap and mirror. Here you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. The primary bathroom is bedecked in white and brass tones, whilst also features a bath with overhead shower and a double wash basin. There is also a separate WC. WE LOVE The two terraces – being so high up within the city limits is a rarity, so the views from the tenth-floor balconies are ones to savour. \*\*To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.\*\* Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties.
