### TBS 333 - Cosy 45 m² in the heart of Montreuil

Living room: relaxation guaranteed thanks to a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), flat screen TV and round table for four.  
  
Open kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.  
  
Bedroom: double bed (160 × 200 cm) with top-of-the-range bedding.  
  
Bathroom: walk-in shower, hairdryer and shower gel + shampoo kit. Separate WC.  
  
Convenience: washing machine, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi fiber, bed linen and towels provided.  
  
You have exclusive use of the entire apartment and its facilities.  
  
Check-in is autonomous 24 hours a day via a digital guide. If you arrive after 11 pm, please follow the instructions carefully, as no assistance will be possible before 9 am. During the day (9 a.m.-11 p.m.), we remain available by messenger or telephone.
