Der einzige Vorteil der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung im 3\. Stock eine Hinterhauses. Es geht eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe hinauf, mit Koffer und für uns ältere Leute eine echte Herausforderung. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung macht dazu noch einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Man schläft auf einer durchgelegenen Couch. Das Fenster mussten wir durchgehend offen lassen, damit der Klogeruch abziehen und die Handtücher trocknen konnten. Das Beadezimmer war winzig, wie auch die Dusche. Ein korpulenter Mensch kann jeden Falls nicht duschen. Bei uns ging es geradeso. Der Entlüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht. Das Wlan Passwort stimmte nicht, eine Anfrage per Anruf und per email erhielten wir nicht. Für diese Wohnung einen Preis von mehr als 1500€ zu kassieren halten wir nicht nur für unangemessen, sondern für eine Frechheit. Als Vermittler sollten sie diese Wohnung aus dem Programm nehmen. Wir erwarten vom Vermieter eine Stellungnahme und zumindest eine Teil-Rückerstattung des Mietpreises.
