### Opalin, a gem in the heart of Le Marais

Very nice furnished apartment of 50 m² on the street, on the 2nd floor without elevator in the heart of the Marais. Window onto the street.
  
A special place for two people where the care given to every detail envelops you. Beautiful light
  
The apartment is broken down as follows:
  
• Separate WC.
  
• A bathroom with a bathroom shower, sink, hairdryer.
  
• An open kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, hotplates, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, various storage spaces, the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.
  
• A living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, lamps and decoration
  
• A dining room with the dining table, chairs, decoration
  
• A bedroom open to the living space with a 180X200cm bed, two bedside tables, a clothes cabinet and clothes hanger. TV cabinet, TV, internet access
  
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board Electric heating.
  
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
