A lively neighborhood with excellent transport links

Located 100 m from the École Militaire metro station, the apartment is within easy reach of Paris. You will be close to the Hôtel des Invalides (4 min walk), the Champ de Mars (10 min), the Eiffel Tower theater (12 min) and, of course, the Eiffel Tower (15 min).

The neighborhood is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. There is a Carrefour City supermarket just 140 m away. Popular with locals and tourists alike, it combines Parisian charm with practicality.

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
