Luxury Affordable Vacation Home in Paris, Marais

Situé sur la pittoresque Rue Aubriot, niché entre la rue Saint-Croix Bretonnerie et Blancs Manteaux le voyageur trouve ceci, maison de vacances de luxe à prix abordable. Un escalier en colimaçon enchanteur vous mène à la quatrième étage spacieux appartement de deux chambres et grenier élégamment aménagées et tranquille situé dans le quartier historique du Marais. Metro Hôtel de Ville.
Restauré entièrement en 2005 pour conserver son charme d'antan, la résidence dispose de poutres apparentes, murs en plâtre, fenêtres Velux et puits de lumière, des sols en terre cuite faits à la main, et les carreaux de céramique peints à la main.
La résidence est située dans un des quartiers les plus animés de Paris ... tres chic! Pourtant, lorsque l'intérieur de la résidence, le bruit de la rue est inaudible.
La résidence peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement. Pas de lignes pour les toilettes ici comme les toilettes et la douche sont dans des chambres séparées, chacune équipée de miroir et il est propre lavabo.
Vous trouverez toutes les conviences modernes auxquelles vous êtes habitué, y compris climatisation , niché dans le vieux chaud charme et de caractère de la résidence historique.
Venez faire partie du Paris historique, dans notre 17ème siècle maison loin de la maison.
Arrivée après 21h00 nous prenons 20 euros supplémentaires, après 22h00 nous prenons 30 euros, après 23h00, 40 euros et 00h00, 50 euros.

L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Son emplacement est idéal, entouré de cafés, restos, traiteurs, boutiques. L’accueil est chaleureux et très accommodant pour nous qui arrivions de loin. La montée quotidienne au 4e étage et la marche dans Paris nous a remis en forme.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and this apartment was a big part of the reason. Its location is amazing. Close enough to walk and take transportation to all the sites but hidden away on a quiet street. The square right down the street also had great restaurants and bakeries that we frequented every day. The apartment itself was quite roomy for our family of four and had all the amenities we required. The kitchen and bathrooms were both updated while the rest of the apartment had lots of charm. The host was extremely responsive and helpful providing helpful tips for site seeing and transportation. There are a lot of stairs to be aware of if you have mobility issues but they weren’t an issue for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. The location was wonderful - easy access to supermarket, metro, Boulanger, etc. The only downside is the 96 steps up to the apartment, but our host was kind enough to help carry bags up the stairs, and we left in much better shape than in which we arrived! Definitely recommend for anyone with good mobility.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful apartment in Paris. The location was in a great neighborhood in a gorgeous old building. Walking distance to landmarks and easy metro access. Great neighborhood cafes. We found the fourth floor spiral staircase to be a quirky fun addition to our trip, but would not recommend to those unable to climb stairs. The owner was very kind and funny. Excellent amenities and the best AC I’ve experienced in Europe. One of my favorite VRBO experiences, would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful trip to Paris. The accommodations were nice and the check-in easy. The air conditioning was a welcome benefit. I do think it should be mentioned somewhere in the description that the condo is a 4th floor walk up with 98 steps. I’m 77 years old and in good condition but what if a renter arrived and was unable to manage the steps?

Wonderful stay in Paris

We had a nice stay at this beautiful apartment. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Air conditioning worked great! -stayed during the heat wave! All 3 mini-split air conditioners kept us cool! (1 in living room and each bedroom). Great neighborhood! In a wonderful, beautiful old building. There are several flights of stairs, but we go used to them.

Great residence in the heart of the Marais

This was a great apartment in the heart of a great area in Paris. Right from the start our host gave us great directions and we were able to drop of our bags to go explore Paris. This quiet apartment had lots of space with a great kitchen, nice beds and shower. We really enjoyed our stay and visited some great restaurants, boulangeries, and museums close by.

Delightful Apartment in the Marais!

The beautiful door, on a quiet street opens to a cobblestone courtyard, then a grand staircase which brings you to a wonderful apartment with all the amenities you could need for your stay.I, from Boston, MA and my friend from Boulder, CO met in Paris and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean and delightful. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed opening the windows to fresh air each morning. There is Air Conditioning and heat, but we were there from May 7, through May 19, 2025 and never needed either one.Our host had Lolita meet us and show us how everything worked upon our arrival. They provide coffee and we were able to breakfast in each day before our adventures.Any questions we had were answered promptly by the owners.It is so convenient to museums, shops, Farmer's Market, great restaurants, etc. It was a pleasure to step out and enjoy Paris.96 steps up and down, but a t 69 and 66, we had no problem, and realized we would bring less luggage next year! They have a washer and dryer, so pack less!This is a charming gem. I highly recommend it.

Perfect Paris Spot

This property checks all the boxes. You'll adore the Le Marais neighborhood. There is so much to see and do right outside your door. The location has easy access to public transportation. Do yourself a favor and pick up the train/metro/bus pass at the airport. It's worth the money.The apartment has so much French charm. We had four adults and everyone fit in comfortably. The kitchen is lovely. The loving room area gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax after full days of seeing the sights.The host makes the whole experience easy. Yes, the are four flights of stairs, but Paris is the city of stairs.You can't go wrong with this property.

Charming and convenient

This apartment in a historical building has lots of charm. The host was incredibly flexible with us when we booked last minute after another apartment fell through. There are a lot of stairs, but it was not a problem for our family (2 adults, 2 young teens). The apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic: On a quiet street but close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and public transportation. The building is old (built in 1705!) but we thought it added to the character.

Location location....

If you want a traditional Parisian apartment in the heart of Paris then look no further. Ideally located just minutes walk from major attractions and the metro, yet tucked away in a quiet side street in the lively Marais district. Spacious apartment with everything you need (be aware this is more traditional than ultra modern) it has a certain gallic charm. The stairs are definitely a challenge after a night out but again that's part of the charm. The host was friendly and helpful and we had a great stay with no problems.

Great location. Always felt safe, even walking around at night. Head the warning about steps. This property is not for those without some fitness. It's 95 steps to the fourth floor. But, we would definitely stay again and the steps are worth it. Check-in host was friendly and thorough. Messaged the host later for information and received a quick response. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect apartment in the Marais!

This apartment in the Marais was amazing! In the middle of everything but also very quiet at night (but night life a couple of streets over if that's your thing). American-style freezing cold ac that we actually turned way down because we got too cold - and this was in the middle of temps in the 90s where we dripped sweat standing still in the shade outside! Some people might avoid it because it is a 4th floor walkup, but this did not deter us at all. Very clean, and Silvia was incredibly nice and willing to meet us at the apartment to explain everything even though we arrived at midnight (for only 50 Euros extra, which is very fair in my opinion). Highly recommend!!

Convenience in the center of Paris

We quickly learned our way around. This location is very central to the subway and bus so you can go to all the sights. It is a fourth floor walk-up so make sure you are fit. Our host was most helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around.

Lovely apartment - beware the steps

This is a lovely apartment in the middle of a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops. The apartment is as described in the listing and is clean, spacious and comfortable. The 95 steps to reach the apartment are mentioned in the listing and in many reviews so are not a surprise but they are there are they are real. They are really only an issue if you enter and leave the apartment multiple times per day.

Perfect location in Marais

If a central location is needed this is a perfect apartment. The kitchen is not ideal for large dinners, but who eats at home when there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds are also a bit narrow, but we still had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and nice and that's important!

Convenient location

Excellent location, walkable access to many attractions. Close to Metro. Lots of restaurants, bakery for morning coffee and a croiscent. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We don't speak French so let them know ahead of time and they were very accommodating. Communication was no problem. Place is comfortable. Enjoyable visit.
