not the tidiest but the night staff was very nice and helpful! even though they don't have an elevator the hotel is close to the metro stop and a short walk to the Palais Garnier!

The bed was comfortable. The stairs would be difficult with much luggage all we had was large backpacks and it was tight. It does have luggage storage for if you arrive before check in time as it states but the storage is out in the open in the next room from the front desk so I wouldn’t exactly call it secure.

Fraudulent/ illegally made me.pay tourist tax for an under 18 year old. Has been reported.Room not clean other than the shéets. Questionable marks on toilet wall. Hair in shower trap that oozed up and out whilst in the shower. Not sure how useful a kettle is to anyone without cups and tea spoons. I blockaded the room door as felt unsafe due to both the ethics of management and sketchy nighttime street activity. Had my arrival not been 10pm and a stop for one night I would have left

Wouldn’t recommend. We ended up checking out after a few hours and booked another hotel. The room was very unclean, the bed was filled with another persons hair and small blood statins on the bedding, the towels didn’t feel or look clean, the bathroom door was unable to close and the room felt damp and humid which made it difficult to breathe during the night.

Busy neighborhood close to the two main train stations, Gard de Nord and Gard de l’ Est. Lots of dining options and a short walk to Sacre Coeur. Very clean rooms - new beds and comfortable pillows. Very pleasant helpful staff. It’s not fancy and appears a little old when you arrive but relatively inexpensive for the area. Certainly good for a quick overnight in Paris.

I start with the good: breakfast 8€ per person. (7-11am). Hotel was clean, basic, but cozy. TV in the room. Staff provided fresh towels daily. Beds were comfy. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. They spoke English as well. Breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, 2 croissants and 2 rolls with provided butter and jelly. The environment was quiet and friendly. Very close to the metro and train. There are various cafés and restaurants around. No bed bugs! And clean smell. And the bad: We had breakfast around 10am by then the bread was no longer fresh. No elevator/lift No iron or hair dryer No coffee maker or microwave. Shower leaked from the bottom and floor got wet at every use. Sink is quite small. Makes a mess of water when washing hands or face.

Hotel is in a great location, 5 min from a metro stop. Rooms very clean. Staff very nice. Hotel could use renovation but for the price, it was perfect and we’d come back here again. Be aware, no elevator. We walked up 6 flights of stairs for our room which was fine for us, but would be tough if you have large luggage.
