Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming 22m2 flat is close to many of Paris’ top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and a dining area that comfortably seats 2, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a microwave, and a toaster. The bedroom features a comfy double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel quality linens) and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat has been professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. The 16th arrondissement is known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens. Due to a large number of embassies, it is one of the most secure districts. The district also offers an impressive choice of museums. My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Ranelagh (line 9) - just steps away from the flat. There's also Jasmin (line 9) station just 5 mins away and Gare de Boulainvilliers (RER line C) just 8 mins away on foot. From any of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 mins drive from the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
